ระบบของประเทศไทยกับความเท่าเทียมต่อกลุ่มคนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ถ้าดูในภาพรวม มันก็จริงอยู่ที่ว่าเมืองไทยดูเป็นประเทศเปิดรับและให้ความเสรีกับกลุ่ม LGBTQ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทั้งการประกวดนางงาม transgender การผ่าตัดแปลงเพศที่มีคุณภาพ รวมไปถึงกฎหมายป้องกันการเลือกปฏิบัติทางเพศ แต่ลึกๆ แล้วระบบของประเทศไทยให้ความเท่าเทียมต่อกลุ่ม LGBTQ ถึงขั้นไหนกันแน่
